They are both good mild cams. If you don't want any computer mods go with the comp. Go with the Vinci if you want noticable torque at mid to lower end but you will need a Nelson tune if you don't already have one.

i have the vinci 210/218 .535 114 and I wish i had gotten his 212/218 114 cam instead.. its hardly no difference in the to, but im sure the 212 makes a little more power.
The 112 lsa is gonna lope a little more, but i can barely hear my 114 lsa... with open exhaust you can definitly hear the cam..
a tb2600 stall would go well with either cam also

the Vinci 062 looks like it might be the better upgrade if your coming from an LS6 cam, are you currently using the 02 z06 cam?

It was a nice upgrade and the price was right, But im ready for a little more. The cams I was looking at were used and the comp cam is gone. The Vinci is still for sale local but its pretty expensive for a used cam. After a little research I am leaning towards a TR 220/220 lsa 112. But this is my daily drive so Im still undecidedthe Vinci 062 looks like it might be the better upgrade if your coming from an LS6 cam, are you currently using the 02 z06 cam?

You can tune that 220 to be a nice daily driver, is there a tr220 on a 114, that would idle a bit better.

Yea the 114 is an option as well but I like the sound of the 112 myself. I guess I just want to go as big as I can and keep her a daily driver. Mabey a TR224 on a 114. Anyways If I go this route I will be sporting the LS6 cam till I save up the cash.
BTW how is your tunning going, Did you get your timing dialed in yet with the Max Torqure Timing table, Care to shareI played with it a bit but went back to a modifyed Hypercrap table.
Well i ditched the max torque timing table, that cam can take mucho more timing than that table was willing to give me. I am running a really aggressive table, i just took the stock table, smoothed it out with the polynomial smoothing to its max, then added 6*, and filled in all the WOT values. The lowest part of my table is 20* lol. I also used the 2d graph function to make sure all the lines and curves were smooth and have no dips or spikes at all.
Hey send me your email and I will just send you the tune to look at lol I dont mind!

yeah the TR224 on a 114 would probably lope almost as much as the 220 on a 112. The extra duration will give it a little more lope.
