Yup another newb :flipoff: I have a 99 silverado silverado ec/sb 5.3 Just made my last payment a few months ago and the old ladie is going to let me use the extra cash to tear it up The only real mods I have done is a Weapon R Intake and a Dual Cat Back Magnaflows. Best bang for the buck I must say I could feel the difference. I have also done the TB coolant mod, EGR and Airbox mod. The Airbox mod I dont recomend as I felt it had a negative affect, Though it sounded nice on WOT. The Weapon R system took care of that problem. The EGR mod I dont think helped or hurt me, But I did notice when I hooked up my Modis my engice runs a little hotter. The TB mod is just common sense IMO but I cant say I can tell a difference. My plans for my truck in the near future is LS1 Fans, Transgo shift kit, LSD, Hot Cam, Nelson tune and Rims
