Looking for HotRodLane PDF for 96 Tahoe swap

So I want to swap the 5.7 out of my 96 for a 6.0. In my research everyone mentions this link http://www.hotrodlane.cc/PDFFILES/Lisa%20Tahoe.pdf And then everyone comments how useful it was and how after reading it they decided to do the swap. The only problem is the link is dead. I emailed a few people on forums but no luck. I know this is a long shot but if anyone has the PDF or anything it would be greatly appreciated!
