I just had to share my joy with everyone here also:

Well I go to rip the door apart (well 2 bolts and a few plastic panels) and inspected the nasty sounds coming from inside the door. I thought I may have to do some of this -> with the door panel but I didn't.

Everything looked okay so I whipped out the White Grease (the stuff made by Pyroil in a can) and hosed the tracks down real well. -> White Grease.

The nasty sound is gone and the window works great now!!!

I feel MUCH better now that I don't have to source out a new window regulator so... to the dealer! I am very happy now! Now time for some sleep , tomorrow is beer night after going to the TCU sporting events!
