Gaskets maybe but idk about bolts? i had to reuse mine when i got my ebay set.

Yea... I was going to order gaskets and new header bolts if they didn't come with it. I'll give arh a call tomorrow and find out for sure. Thanks, Dave.
After talking with ARH they said the headers will come with new gaskets, clamps and bolts in case anyone was wondering.
