My stock ly6 has always blown a lil steam out the breather
I have -8 lines from each cover running into the catch can
Anyways all of a sudden now it steams alot more now and at a roll wot run
It will splatter oil from the can all over under the hood.
I will do a compression test tomorrow but really don't think anything is wrong there the truck runs like it always has
What ya think ? Engine is 5 years old now lol
mine never puffed until I lifted a head, catch can only has ever had condensation in it

It has when it blew a heater hose off but was shut down immediately fixed the hose and back as good as she was.
I'm with George, mine has only ever had condensation in it. What gaskets and bolts/studs do you have
