Houston,Tomball,Conroe Tunes

Hey Guys, just wanted to let you know I'm heading over to Houston/Conroe again on Thursday, I just got the news.
I'll be tuning a couple of engines on the dyno that day at Nickens Racing in Conroe.
The engine should turn out nice, it's a C5R with good heads, huge cam, fast intake and TB. 570hp should be a reasonable goal to meet. We're also going to prove those 6.0L engines I've been posting about if we have time. The last one we did: 2004 stock 6.0L with tuning and 224 cam made 441hp!


If everything goes smoothly (when does that ever happen) I'll be doing tunes for $300 if anyone is interested. This includes you driving as I play games on my laptop, hahah JK. Seriously though, Nothing beats a live, street tune!! I'm able to diagnose your truck, optimize timing, adjust a/f ratio, wot shift points, trans firmness, upshiftts/downshifts, throttle response, the list goes on and on. The free udpates are also included incase you modify your truck in the future.

How late are you staying on Thurs ??? If possible I can meet you in Katy somewhere on your way out . I want to turn off the rear O2's and that's about it, I forgot when I was there last to tell you about it...Zed

i changed my MAF back to stock with screen because you had problems with the descreened when we tuned last. also replaced the throttle body with a shaners S2, removed the helix tb spacer, and have all the egr blockoff stuff on the way in the mail. ill probably have different size tires on the truck by thursday too.

do you have time for a quicky on my truck to straighten out all the new parts and get rid of the egr codes? if not im in no hurry. im sure things will get crazy with $300 tunes from da man'

Hey Guys, the place is up in Conroe, it's called Nickens Racing. I've been doing thier LS1 tuning on their engine dyno for a while now. They're a top notch shop!
I believe their address is nickensracing.com , yahoo will give you better directions than I can, I'm always calling them asking what exit to take, lol.

If the changes are quick, I can get a few retunes done as well. So, that's no problem.

During the late afternoon, I'll be heading over to Corvettes of Houston for a couple of corvette tunes, so be sure to call before you head all the way out to Conroe, I may be in Houston.

You can call my business number and let them know who you are someone will get a hold of me with your number.
