    Hey Guys,

Does anyone know what size the trans fittings are for the 80e?
I don't want to use the stock metal tubing and clip. I'd rather change out the fitting and use some different line, but that requires me changing the brass fitting out.
I'm not sure what size the brass threads are, does anyone?

    thanks,

    allen

What I would do I download the DANA/WeatherHead Catalog with all their fitting listings in it. If you look under "Special Adapters" you can find a few fittings that say transmission coolant adapters, they may or may not work for you, but they have pics and thread descriptions of every fitting. In the catalog that I have "Special adapters" starts around page 125.

Oh, and you can get/order the WeatherHead parts at your local NAPA.

I searched all over dana.com and can't find the catalog, would you happen to have a link?

    thanks,

Is it like an NPT fitting going into a compression fitting or somekind of lock fitting? That would be my guess.
