    possible front differential issue

    hey guys,
so lately when i turn the wheel it feels like my front diff. is locked together while im in 2 wheel drive. the first time it happened i thought i was in four wheel drive because of the way it was shuddering when i turned but i was in 2 wheel drive. i haven't been able to crawl underneath and check anything because its been 15 degrees lately and i don't have access to a garage.Any possible ideas as to what might be happening? i have not touched anything in my differential and all of my mods are in my sig. thank you for your input.

My first guess would be its stuck in 4wd...jack up the front and see if the driveshaft is keeping the front end from freewheeling...My buddies 2000 truck was stuck in 4wd..I think it was the actuator motor, he didn't have money for it so he pulled the front driveshaft til he sold the truck

I'm thinking more of a transfer case issue here. I'd check that fluid as soon as possible and go from there.
