    305 to 5.3 4l60 my 1st swap!

So have finally gotten around to pulling the 305 anchor and the toasted 700. Got the 5.3 all cleaned up and ready to drop within a week or so. I do plan on going single turbo after i get all the bugs worked out. Im working on the wiring harness this week. Like I said i have never done one of these swaps before and am not so good at wiring. Can anyone suggest a good radiator and fan setup. I want to go aluminum now so im not dealin w it later. More pics and updates to come.

so i finally got a little more time to get to my truck. cleaned 60k miles of grime off the motor. i do have a harness w the dbw module and pedal. the pedal was the last thing i needed. doesbthe harness you have available use a dbw throttle body? i dug out my spare motor as well. 6.0 which plan on swapping out after i do the 5.3 and caltrac bar setup. also picked up a 4l80 for later as well. can anyone point me in the direction of the wiring diagrams for the harnesses? i have seen many on here but there usually f body. have yet to find one that has green n blue ecm connectors. i also turned the passenger side factory manild forward and it all clears the sepertine system w plenty of room. ordering all aluminum rad and electric fan setup this week. im workin on a couple small projects in between as well.

No, the harness that I have Is a DBC harness...... I like the serp belt engine sling, Jk.... Work smarter man and put a chain on that motor when you lift it. Keep up the good work, and take your time with projects, you don't want to start saying " I do it nice, because I do it twice "
