    turbo's and winter?

    newbie question here, but as im starting to build my turbo lm7 i wondered if theres anything i need to do, as for winter? ive heard of boost psi crepping up some, and jsut got me to think if theres any "to know" info in reguards.. i wouldnt think so being that my wifes volvo is turbo'd and doesnt have any issue as well as most turbo stock motors.. just tryin to be precautious

    In an aggressive build you might need a retune to compensate for the air density changes.

    Colder denser air. Stainless tubing. Salt on the roads or not, condensation will kill aluminumized mild steel.

    our summers here in nebraska are usual humid and hot typicall on average id say 90 and winter is usally single digits or teens.. idk how "agressive" my build would be considered..

    I wouldn't worry too much about it. Buddy of mine in North Dakota used his Evo as a daily driver year round and he was pushing over 30lbs. Winter temps were sub zero. With lack of traction in the winter I doubt you'll have to worry about being in full boost very often.

    Good thing is the don't use salt in the winter down in omaha, just buy a beater for the winter

    It was below freezing here for 7 weeks straight and got down to -23 at one point. IATs were nuts lol.i didn't see any ill affects. Let the truck warm up to thin the oil some and have at it
    Slowest in Oklahoma...
