I have a question on how to dyno my truck. It's 00 1/2 ton 5.3l 4wd with the auto 4wd and the buttons on the dash. On the radiator support it says not to run on a 2wd dyno. Have a dyno here in town and he doesn’t know if I can run it on the dyno, he heard not to take out the front drive shaft it with cause a bunch of problems. Id like to do a cam swap and tune it but don't know how if I can't run it on the dyno. Thanks

Just don't put it in Auto 4wd or 4Hi and you'll be fine.
