    Thumbs up

Hey yall I have had a question maybe yall can help me answer. I bought a Graniteli Mass Airflow Sensor and use to run before I put on my Procharger. But after I installed the Procharger man I had tuning the truck told me they were junk and my truck would probably run better with the stocker. So I took my stocker and took the screen out of it and got it tuned by another man and just left it off. That thing is alot of money to have just sitting around not being used if I put it back on do yall think it would help performance, effect my tune, or do I just need to keep my stocker without the screen, and sell my Graniteli. I thought it would help some, just like to hear some other opinions.

Put it up on eBay or list it in the classifieds somewhere. The stock MAF on your '02 has way more air flow measuring capacity than your current hp/tq ratings.

On the stock MAF screen removal, one thing that screen does is help atomize the air so the sensor can get a better reading. Delphi put it there for a reason. I have never seen any reputable data that shows this "free" mod accomplishes anything , except maybe cause problems

the granatelli will work for some people and there mods. every truck is different. for the most part it makes people run lean. if you are going to be forced induction do not put it on. remember it is designed to help out trucks that are very lightly modded. put in the mas air with the screen in it and you will be better off.

OOO.. I appreciate all of the replies so yall are telling me I would be better off to put a stocker back on with the screen, I thought would badly restrict my truck especially with it having a supercharger. I do get yalls point were yall say it can get a whole lot better reading for AIR/FUEL. Will any of the MAF Sensors work on my 02, or do I need one that has came off of a 02. Pretty easy for me to fine stock parts we own a big towing business. Thank yall for all of the replies.
