What kind of power gains are possible?

I have a 2000 Z-71 5.3, I have cold air, elec fan, nelson tune. Im in the process of adding Texas Speed Stage 2 heads, 80mil Throttle body, 45lbs injectors, 224 cam, Long tubes, Fully built trans with a 2500 stall. I already have 4.10 gears and a tru-track. What kind of power should I get from all this? I know Ill need a retune. Has any1 done something similar to this? Is 400 WHP possible? And also What am I missing? any sugestions?

You'll want a higher stall converter. I don't think there is a n/a 5.3 over the 400 mark yet. Probably very close though. I'd expect 370 if you have everything working together properly

So you decided to ditch the trinity and shorties? Wow that's a pretty strong about face on the whole thing, but anyways.....
I would go bigger on the stall. 3200 should be good. I wouldn't waste time on the 80mm throttle body though. I would go with a toss/Nnbs intake with 87/90mm tb if you plan to upgrade in that area. As for power to the wheels I would expect in the neighborhood of 350hp with those mods. Maybe a little more. This combo is one of the most repeated in the truck scene, t there is a reason for that, it's because it works and people end up very happy with what they get.

400 at the motor been there done that, but to the tires not so easy. And youre gonna want a bigger stall with a 224, now you can go 3k and still pull a trailer and off road if you want, I recommend a 3600 but if youre gonna be towing at anytime stick to the 3k in my opinion. I had just about everything a 5.3 could have and never hit 400rwhp on motor closest I got was 370s, had heads 90mm intake and tb etc etc.

You could turbo your stock motor and reach your 400hp goal for about the same price if your capable of doing a lot of things yourself.

Thanks for the info, Im getting the cam and Heads for 1200 installed, I chose that stall with a lil help from Nelson and the shop im getting the stuff from. I plan on driving the truck 500 miles across tx to work 2 times a month. I think if I can get 370 at the Wheels that would be respectable power from the truck and motor combo. Id be happy with that. It will prob leave most trucks at the red light when you want to get in it, so I can live with that.
