    Holy crap that's a lot of parts!!! What exactly does the THM stand for??? I understand turbo hydramatic 400, but what's up with the M?

    Yikes! Thought about rebuilding my 350 myself but, I'm not so sure now.

    Just finished up my 80e build 15mins ago. I cant wait for my converter to get here so i can find out if my first transmission build was a success or not.

    Appreciate it! Ive been doing hydraulic work for about 8 years repairing valves, pumps, and cylinders. Having that knowledge on my side really helped. Basically a transmission is a valve, pump, and hydraulic cylinder all rolled into one. I actually enjoyed the build and the learning experience.
