Been checking this site out for a while and now I'm registered. A little about me is... I love fast trucks... Enough said.

My 03 ss is currently at nelsons performance in san Antonio tx. Getting a forged 5.7 with nelsons performance front mount turbo, 4L80e, meth kit, 100 pounders, and few more goodies... They are doing an awesome job and they keep in touch with you while they work on your truck... My truck will be done next week.

I also just bout a 04 ext cab Joe gibbs from the forum. And I love the truck. All stock and yes its supercharged. Truck is clean I was impressed. Nelsons performance will be doing a tune on it, and e fans, and smaller pulley. That's it for the gibbs.

I find the swap from a LQ9 to a 5.7 a ill odd but hey toss a turbo in it and you will more than make up for it.

Ya, truck is doing just fine, now that we have the engine from the builder!

I'll send you some pics and vids, ray is putting on the last line right now, then we'll start it up.

it's only odd to you because it wasn't mentioned the truck had no engine when it showed up.
nothing wrong with a forged 5.7L, it'll make just as much hp as a six0.
ain't trying to set any records, just a strong reliable street truck.

Well that makes a lot more sense. A forged motor I am sure will put up with a. Ton of abuse and lots of fun boost
