    Howdy,

Tomorrow looks like the day i will install my 4l60E shiftkit for my silverado, but should i go with a street/strip shift kit, or a full race shift kit since i have the option to install either?

The whole drivetrain is original at 173,xxxmiles and really don't wanna frag a drivetrain component at the time, but want something that'll throw me back in my seat and keep me planted there.

    Any incite would be great,
    Dave

It's the B&M one, i bought it for my camaro, but when i blew the engine up on it i sold it and waited for sometin else with a 4l60e in it. I figured this truck would be a perfect application since i drag it quite often.

No servo's just the springs, spacers, valve bodies, and drilling the hole larger.

Wassup Man...... yeah I put the B&M Shift Kit in mine to I went with the street/strip kit, but I went ahead and put a corvette servo in it as well since I was putting the kit in. But trust me its pretty snappy right after you get it in for awhile than it will loosen up some. I still need to have mine built or something cause I only have about 15000 miles on this transmission with work done to it and it still wants to slip some.
