Got my truck back. Had the trans "beefed up" and installed a 2600 TCI stall converter. WOW! I didn't realize the low end benefit. The turbo can be at 5+psi at launch.

Look out Bud8fan, I can now light 'em up for as long as I like. Will try to get pics asap.

Allen has my cam and my LS-1 fans are here. Will let him install them and tune at the same time.

Look for me at the top of the fast truck list !!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!! !

Oh yeah, stall makes a turbo vehicle sooooooo much more responsive. I'd have gone with a 3200rpm so you can have it flash up higher and scoot around town easier. All the input torque can at times make that converter flash higher too.
