Magnaflow

So the wife has requested that I get a muffler that's a lot quieter than what I've got now. Currently have a 3" in/out 4x14" round case magnaflow out before the rear tire. I think I want to just go to a bigger magnaflow. Looking on summit I found a few sizes...just ant to get some opinions on what size to go with.

I was looking at:
5x11x22
5x8x24
4x9x18

Do they have any larger than those?

Mine's a 24" part #12289. There's enough videos of my truck floating around, you know how it sounds.

I've got the 22" as well. It's pretty quiet at cruise but has a nice bark at WOT.

I have had one of these on 2 different applications, one dumped over axle on a 6.2 and one out the back on a 5.3 and there was zero drone on the highway at cruising speeds, but it sounded pretty good at wot.

TJ I think you should rock the 4x9x18 since you are going turbo some day anyways.... just kidding we know that isn't happening anytime soon better just get the big one

I already got dibs. I have its twin sitting in the garage and wanna run 2 inline. Just kidding this one would prolly just sit in my garage collecting dust just the same.

I also had the 22 on my old 06, that was my favorite setup, nIce tone during acceleration and no drone cruising, but people knew when I nailed the skinny pedal
