Spent the night in county last night.

So last night on my way home i see 2 cars pulling out on the road in front of me, i can tell the first car was an impala, figured it was a sherrif, the 2nd car is a charger and as i get closer i see sheriff down the side, no biggie got the cruise set on 65 and go by him. Well he sits there for a second, then pulls out and he's freakin moving, im guessing he's gonna blast around me and catch up to the other bacon.....Nope, lights come on and i pull over, he takes my license and stuff and i ask why'd you pull me over, and he says we were looking for a gray ext cab with modified exhaust that ran from the us earlier, i look at him puzzled and he says youre obviously not him, but we were just making sure the officer was mistaken on the body style. He asks how my driving record is and i reply its terrible but Im good, have no warrants or anything "sit tight ill be right back". So he walks up, mr. Joslin please step out, ask him whats up and he informs me i do have a warrant, apparently last time i was in court and they told me i was all good, they didnt inform me that i still had to pay the DA 341$, anyways they take me to county jail, i have my GF go down to the ATM and pull out the money to get me out, well they dont take cash, and in this podunk town you cant get a money order after 11pm WTF!!! So i got to sleep on the floor with a mat that was 1 inch thick no pillow and a blanket. Freakin sucked, smelled like piss, and was in there with 4 other dudes, 2 of which snored extremely loud and the 2 others talked the entire time, oh and at random times the crapper would just shoot a fountain of water out it was great, well at 6am they start selling money orders again, and i got out. Had court today at 2, and ask the judge and clerk several times, now that i have paid this I am clear correct, they searched and searched and said everything is good, asked the DA and he said everything was good. So from now on i think im gonna call the county about once a month and make sure im legal.

well man, i honestly arent one of those guys that blames the "system" it was my fault for originally getting in trouble long ago, and not making sure that the retards that work for the system were'nt correct.

since i know alot of cops, peeps ask if i can get em outta stuff, i ask what they were doing, and they were breaking the law, so i say no jack ass dont break the law, everyone hates the cops until you need them is what ive always thought, and ive never gotten pulled over for being law abiding......besides last night

Same thing happened to me i got a speed ticket, took defensive drive and paid the court cost, my Aunt works at DPS and I always have her run my record before i go to get my liscence renewed and sure enough had a warrant out for the county i got the speeding ticket in. Call them up and they said i did pay them blah blah blah, then i told them I had a signed reciept from them and they still didnt believe me, i got all my paperwork notorized and sent it to them and got it dismissed luckily then had my aunt call them to verify. Lazy people not doing their jobs can land you in jail...

no man, had my 2 year old and my pregnant GF in the truck, if i woulda been solo, prolly woulda killed the lights and hit a dirt road or just went off road and seen if that charger could keep up with the new AWD considering it had rained earlier.
