i feel like a tard, not reading the title lol. yea 23x/23x would be a good size for a 6 ohh. get you a good tune, mill the heads a little for some more compression and give it hell. Call Geoff at EPS and have him grind you a cam, then depending on location find a really good tuner. Im thinking you could make 420 rwhp with a good setup

I don't ever think I've heard a 99 Formy being described quite that way ... definitely not heavy like a truck, but not really light either

    My 6.0L in my camaro with fast 92 and a 232/234 .595 .598 torquer 2 cam ls6 heads. made 424 rwhp and ran 10.9's @ 124 on motor with a 3600 stall 3.73 gears.

I would think a MS3 cam will work better if you get a yank ss4000 stall if you are auto.. if 6 speed get 4.10s or 4.30s and make sure to but katech rod bolts in there as well.

Def go bigger, I have a LQ4 w/243s and a 222/226 .596/.598 in my truck and it is very streetable. In a car I would want something bigger.
