    Tire Questions

Looking at getting some 255/60/17s for the truck all around. I know running street tires on a 500+ hp truck is never a good idea. But I am going to be driving it more now, and running on drag radials might not be a good idea if I am looking to stay safe on the road. The drag radials hook great, but do not so well in the rain, and I might be able to only squeeze out a year on drag radials. So first few questions are.

    - Will 255/60/17 catch the fender lips on a 3/6?
    - Has anyone every purchased from this place:
    http://www.discountedwheelwarehouse.com
(The have the cheapest.600 for all four shipped)
    - Has anyone had any REAL issues with Toyo Proxes s/t II? The cheapest 255/60s i could find are toyos and general grabbers. But either way they are each 130+

I have a same size tires on a 4-6 drop and only rub on really fast hard turns. probably will depend on the back spacing...mine are on factory 05 Tahoe 5 stars.

I liked the grabbers when I had them on my old truck. I was nowhere near 500 HP though and only had a 2" rear drop. Decent in the rain and the tread pattern was pretty cool.

Yeah I am actually putting them on the same 5 star tahoe wheels. Do you have any pictures you can post up of your truck. Maybe some side pictures and then possibly like a front off to the side to show how far the tires stick out?

I had them as well on some old 16s that were great when I had the STS, but they still spun like most street tires would do.
