Finally in the 12's, my stall is my new best friend!

Well got my pro yank 3600 installed saturday, never had a stall before so it took some getting use to on the street lol. I can pretty much build what ever i want for boost now though, love it! Went to the track last night for test and tune and finally got some 12's out of her! This was done a 7lbs with no meth injection (not finished installing the kit yet lol), 3 gallons of 104 on top of a 1/4 tank of 91 and was launching on 5lbs in 4hi, felt incredible!

1st run: 5lb launch, 7psi run (ran a stock maxima)

    2nd run: 5lb launch, 7psi run (can't remember what i ran)

3rd run: 5lb launch, 7psi run (ran a brand new c6 zo6 with happy tags and his wife as a passanger lol) pulled him 2 truck lengths the whole way!

I was also iceing down my water/air intercooler in the stageing lanes right before every run. Gonna crank it to 10lbs and get the meth/water injection all finished up and see if i can get it in the 11's next week!

14.6 at 106mph lol, turbo wouldn't even light off until like half track mark, i was only able to build 1lb of boost off the line stalling at 2500rpm and then it would fall on its face!

I think so. More if you race with the 20"

    I have a RCsb nbs 4wd. I have 3.73. I also race with 20" (295-45-20) and it has a good launch !

I was looking on LS1Tech and there was a guy who stated that he did a bunch of research on there and found that cars with good converters 3000+ ish made very small gains when installing steeper gears afterwards...only in the area of a tenth or maybe 2, at the most. Just wanted to let you know, for what it's worth.

Trucks and cars are a fairly different ball game. Keep that in mind. Its tough to get these trucks moving and just the right setup can make a big difference. Not saying your all wrong. However some guys here have made big gains with just gear swaps.
