    HPT on Mac

I've installed Windows 7 on my MacbookPro so I can run HPT. I also installed the setup and drivers from the OSX so all the brightness, eject, magic pad, etc work just like it does on OSX. Then installed HPT and when i go to connect, scan, or read it says "Unable to find an available COM port. Check and make sure no other programs or devices are using the same port." What am i to do? Tried everything that i know. And i've installed the drivers on Ch A and Ch B but they still have a '!' out beside them bc it says it has an invalid signature.

    Thanks for any help guys.

I really want to say that its because your running a dual boot setup from the OS X. It's like OS X is already using the port, or has it assigned somewhere else. Most people wont have issues when running it from a standalone 32 or 64 win7, but from a dual boot with OS X hosting win7 it could have the issues you are talking about.
