Sending out a retune for a miss caused by some electrical component will not fix a misfire.
I see your retune is for gears, servo, etc.
If it does fix it, you will want to check and clean all the pcm terminals to ensure connectivity is good.
Remember, the PCM collects data from sensors, then controls devices such as transmission solenoids and injectors.
Once again, get a scanner, it'll tell you what cylinders are missing.
