With the .054 gasket on an lq4 you'd be at 10.58:1. So yes you can still spray and run 91.

Well it will be a lq9 idk if there's a diff
Lq9 with 5.3 heads your CR will be 11.4 which can run on 93 with no issues
however they dont flow no were near the same as the 317s on the motor
