post up your 1/4 gains from a converter swap

Just wondering what it does to both et, and mph, seems like most cars will gain alot of et and mph even on a stock LS1 engine.

Please include whether or not it was a 245mm converter 258mm converter, etc.

    Thanks alot

My truck ran a 14.05 @ 94 with a 2.06 60' just wondering what conerters have done for other full size trucks and what it effects on the top end.

I went 14.40 with long tubes and tune. Added a 3200 fuddle small converter and went 13.78. Now I have the circle D 36-3800 and a new setup. Have yet to run it yet. So I dropped .6 with a stall.

I can't comment on gains with JUST a stall but I did LTs, exhause and the budget Circle D 3200 and went from 14.50 to 13.82 with me behind the wheel. The truck went 14.30 before those mods with my cousin behind the wheel (I'm fat...he's not). The air was great on the 14.50 and not so great the day of the 13.82.

Went 15.1 stock (with tune) 08 RCSB 5.3, 3.42's. With Circle D 3K and vette servo went 14.6 (re-tuned). MPH varied 1 mph. 60ft went from high 2.2's to 2.0 on street tires.
