Plans are to get ls and have mild build/tune to get 400-500hp and get the 60e built to handle it. Its got 4-6 spindle drop with Volant CAI and exhaust, helper bags on rear. If anyone in valley has info on local eng w/ harness let me know. What will I have to do for fuel delivery? Is az speed and marine any good for tune?

I suggest an 80e if you're looking close to 500. Anything over 400 is REALLY pushing the 60s.

I would use Xtreme Motorsports in Tempe. They do mostly late model vette stuff, but have a dyno and will do dyno/street tune for really anything. Great people and the tuner there knows his stuff. Check junkyards for a motor.
