i found one and it had the 4 bolt pattern and it was cheap so i picked it up
after looking at the brass butterfly valve it ended up being 80mm (give or take a mm)
are theses the same as the truck 4 bolt throttle body's or smaller?

Smaller. All the NNBS 4 bolt TB's are 87mm. The 3 bolt style truck TB's are 78mm.
