Try fuse #45 under the hood. If not there, the owners manual should tell you where it is I believe.

how do i tell which pne is 45 they arent numberd not even under the electrical center lid

I fixed it thanks man it was the SEO ACCY but it was the one under the hood i was pulling the one under neath the Steering column
