    Well it's finally running!!!!

Well after way too long the wait is over.

This is after drilling the TB so it would idle.

Ran great for a while. Took it up to get gas and take a test spin...the trans cooler line into the radiator blew out the nut and dumped all the trans fluid on the ground.
It's gonna be towed to my cousins trans shop tomorrow to have a good look over and make sure it's all alright. Hopefully nothing was damaged in the trans.

Sounds good! I had to drill mine out this weekend to get it to idle a little better too.

It's like no matter how careful or take my time, something crappy happens. But this part I'm not touching...truck should be at the trans shop any minute now...if not already there...and it's gonna be taken care of.

May end up having to add a new TB to my list soon...I think the hole in the TB may be too big...at idle in gear it feels like it's got a little throttle when I let off the brake. Oh well guess I'll get an 85mm BBK from orileys.

Picked the truck up from the shop yesterday...metal clip that is supposed to keep the line inside the nut was gone. Took care of that and filled it back up and she was good to go.

Drove to work today (~50 miles one way) and it was awesome. Great power through out the rpm range. Pulls real hard from 3500-6xxx. I'm very happy with it.

I will be adding a new NNBS intake manifold and 90mm TB hopefully this weekend. Then i try and get it out to the track and see what she's got.

I'm running the 85mm bbk and have had no issues at all. Congrats on getting the truck running again!

Picked this up last night for $250:

Picked up the new manifold today (thanks joe). Next step is gonna be either figuring out how to mod the stock rails/crossover to work...I've already found the write up on PT.net but I dont have access to a welder and don't know anyone who would be able to weld the fittings to the crossover for me.. Or I could get a set of aftermarket rails and adapt the stock fuel lines to the aftermarket fittings.

    Let's hear some ideas!

Instead of a hole, that throttle body has a set screw you can adjust, right?

    Truck lopes pretty damn good!
