    The Texas Mile

    Went down to the Texas Mile this weekend and it was probably one of the coolest event I've ever been to. For those who don't know it's basically a race against yourself.. You see how fast you can get your vehicle from 0 to whatever in 1 mile...

    Got yo meet and hang out with Flaco for a little bit too.. Really cool and down to earth guy.. Saw Lil Sis make a 193mph pass which was SICCKKKK!!!

    I can't wait till the next event in march for sure.. Hopefully there won't be a quartering headwind again next time to hinder some of the higher speed runs.. If anyone ever gets the chance to go, I highly recomend it! 99% of the people at the race are really cool an don't mind shootin the breeze with any stranger that stops by...

    I'll post a few pics and vids once I can get them loaded...

    it was a really cool weekend, i saw flaco go 192.9, the duramax mustang go 205 a tt vipper go 233 and a lambo flip. I was just there sat and mainly went to see this run, this car is so sick!

    it cracks me up how everyone makes a big deal out of Mike Woods mustang, he drives it all over town like its no big deal...gets over 30mpg under normal driving

    he does his testing/tuning at the local 1/8th mile track and runs 6's regularly and then drives it home

    THATS WHY i make a big deal about it, that car does EVERYTHING well and i cant wait to build my duramax powered car! i actually talked to him for awhile before he made his run, really awesome guy and glad he beat his time from the spring

    theres a duramax 69 camaro running around town somewhere too...dosent get drove as much as mike drives his mustang though
