Question nasty hesitation on part throttlle shift, any answers why?

I have a 2002 silverado ext. cab 2wd mods are: 160* thermostat, elect. fans, cold air/ram air intake, tb bypass, crane cams plug wires, e3 plugs, pacesetter longtube headers, cat del., 3" dual exh. w/ 2 super 44 flows dumped in front of rearend, trutrac, 373:1 gears, largest trans cooler I could get, b&m strip shift kit, yank sst3200 3200stall converter, sfi flexplate, 2-4" lowering kit, and my own hpt tune
Ihave had the 1/2 acumulator piston explode so I replaced it w/ an alum. one. the symtom is: any throttle position but full the truck wil act like it loses timing or fuel for 2-4 seconds. Under heavy but not full throttle it will actualy buck and surge and sound like an engine miss for 2-4 sec. and then it's gone and the truck pulls as it should. no codes of any kind. I use my laptop and hp scanner and nothing. I am beyond stumped. Anyone that wants to see my tune or hist. files please let me know.

    Thanks,
    Justin

Nevermind, did some more adjusting yesterday and the new tune I wrote fixed everything.

    Thanks,
    Justin
