They can but the wiring wont be plug and play. I've had those fans before. They work pretty good.

So would you recommend goin with haydens wiring kit? Umm also with 2 fans would I need 2 of those wiring kits. I'm pretty sure though. Just need to make sure

No, one harness is to run dual fans.
You can use our universal/flex a lite harness, it comes with all the connectors and is easy to install.
