Just got done doing cam swap and head work on my ec Z and needed something to compare it to. Ran a truck and Stage 1 Roush mustang.
Truck: 2wd, rcsb, new ls6 cam, 2800 stall, fully bolted, built tranny, 4.10's, 29.5" tire, valve job
Went from 25-90 and 35-90. He honked and i pulled first on him both times, but he had me by less than 2 lengths at 90.
The Roush was romping on it and messing with me, then he slowed and down to around 55 and i was like naaa... so i pulled it to 2nd and then he hit it and then i hit it (no warning or signal). At 95 he hadn't even passed my front bumper! Round 2 was at night and he wouldn't race from a 30... so went from a 70, had me by good length at 100.
That sound about right? I'm 5800lbs with me and all my crap, 33.5" tires, then the mods in sig....
