I was wondering if any one has ever changed their heater core on a 99 excab silverado. Mine is leaking and was wondering what I was in for before I dig into the dash.

if i'm not mistaken, you have to go all the way down to the bare firewall to get the heater cores out of the new body style trucks. I haven't gotten the privilage of doing one yet, but it's inevitable. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

sorry i aint much help, sure someone else will chime in soon!!
