    Pacesetter garbage...

Never again will I buy a product from Pacesetter. The first set of PS headers I installed had uneven flanges and leaked. I even tried two gaskets. I eventually took a belt sander to them and fixed them. The second set was on my 08 Z71. They say they are for 4x4. I would like to ask them how, because the o2 sensor points straight at the driveshaft, 2 inches from it. I took my truck to an exhaust shop today to have the o2 bung blocked off and a new one put in. I had to actually put it in the curve of the Y pipe, 5 inches from the collector to get it to fit anywhere. I am not satisfied with this product whatsoever right now. I aslo bent my dipstick tube in the process of installation, so this turned into a $700 budget header install. I could almost have gotten Dynatechs for that price. I am not happy.

    End rant.

i have the 99-07 LTs and didnt have a single problem with them. the only thing that i dont like is where the passenger o2 is but i can live with it. i also had flanges added to them vs having band clamps. sorry to hear about your problems....maybe you should have went with the OBX 6.2 headers, i heard they fit the 4x4s..i dunno though.

i have the ebay stainless headers and they fit perfectly, plus the flanges are like 7/16'' thick. In the future though, i will be splitting the y-pipe into an X pipe and then duals after that
