    What are your plans for this Memorial Day Weekend?

    I just started mine since thursday night, i started to to marinate my brisket, with this dry rub i make!

    i just threw it into the smoker about an hour ago, here is a teaser pic enjoy

    we'll be doing crawfish and more crawfish and more crawfish, couple hundred lbs

    nope, man im tired of crawfish i have been eating that every weekend for the past month roughly... im also gonna do a fish fry and i got a keg

    5.3, small cam, 918 springs, 7.4 rods, walboro pump, Full built 4l60, 2800-3000 stall, TB spacer, long tubes, cat delete, single 3" exhaust with Aero bullit muffler. Flaco tuned.

    Finding out my '98 Grand Marquis that I just finished putting back together was vandalized and burned to the ground by some punk kids. I had $600 invested total in the car, and was expecting $3000 in return when I sold it. So many emotions right now...
