Finally got to run my truck again

I ran a 13.99 and a 14.02. My truck needs the tune checked out but overall I am very pleased to see that it went into the 13's. My 60 foot times sucked for having e/t streets. I was getting 2.1 and 2.2 60'. Its also been over a year since I have been able to drive this truck with a good trans..

    2nd time slip
    1/8th mile was 9.084 @ 81.26
    1/4 mile was 14.021 @ 98.63

Thanks skeet. Hope to go run again soon and maybe see you out there.

I ran again and got 13.8 last night. I think thats about all it has until I can put the spray on.. I will need to lock the rear and get a better converter before the spray.

why you think you need a new converter? that 2800-3000 should work fine on nitrous? is it not tight?

nicely done, another tenth down, nothing wrong with that!!

It doenst seem tight. My 60ft times are not coming down. There should be no reason to get 2.1 60 fts on E/T streets. I do think a better converter would be better. I do worry about the rear end since I have had that happen once already, and shocked the trans.

It brake stalls to about 2300 to 2500 rpm. Its a Dacco converter that I had to have Brittain to rework when the pump in the trans went out. As far as a log, I dont. I have only had it tuned and thats it. The cam is a 222 526/526 lsa cam. I have to get with the guy who I got it from to confirm, but its no big cam.

yea something is off. I pulled a 2.0 60' with street tires and stock stall and stock motor.
