    Part it out?

My 3 linked 99 with blown tranny.

The market for that kind of truck is tough. Who would buy one? Not too many.

The truck fixed is probably going to MAYBE get me 6K back if it even sold. Should I just part it out?

The coilovers are worth 1K easy, wheels and tires another 1K, axles around 600-800, t-case with SYE around 500....and so.

But in all seriousness what do you all think would be the best way to go?

Tuck it into a back corner and wait til you can afford to fix it, you'll kick yourself in the ass if you sell it or part it out

Roger That! I have kicked myself in the ass over every truck I ever sold. None of which sold for anywhere near what i had in them. Keep it and learn to rebuild the transmission yourself. Its not as hard as you might think. Or call LKQ or Greenleaf for a salvage unit with warranty.

Don't be a puss. Keep it, put a good trans in it and romp some trails with it.
