    fuel lines

Well doing a 5.3 swap into my 73 swb...my plans were to re-do all the fuel lines, but it was suggested to me that since im using a return style motor i could reuse the stock fuel lines up to the motor with the exception of mating them to the fuel rail then just make my own return line.....any one got any input?

Will your stock lines handle the pressure? I figured since it was originally a carbd setup that you don't have fuel injection fuel line. Unless there's something you aren't tellin us.

perhaps you mean the other way around? make a new pressure line and use your old line for the return? That makes more sense.

I used the stockers on my 86...but I am running returnless fuel rail.
I used the vette filter/regulator mounted right inside frame opposite fuel tank, went an to adapter to use stock fuel line, then where it ends up front, adapter to an to get to fuel rail.

JUST A FYI. The return line sees the same pressure as the feed.
