    body lift converter install

    I'm close to attempting a converter swap and wondered if anyone has ever done one on a body lifted 4x4 and kept the transfer case intact and not dropped the torsion bar crossmember. If not, would taking the transfer case off be the lesser of two evils?

    Yeah take the transfer case off. U shouldnt have to mess with the torsion bars at all.

    At least the body lift will make it a lot easier to get to the trans mount studs. That top one can be a bear on a stock truck.
