    yes,i dont know if its the tc though,im trying to rule it out

    its a possibilty but a trans can give the same issues. i would first drop the pan and see what it looks like, like having clutch dust or burnt fluid, hows the fluid anyway ?

    the trany has less then 1,000 miles on it since rebuilt.it was rebuilt with everything new. when the builder built it it would rev-then shift. he put two diff trannys in the truck and they both did the same thing.the only same part it had was the tc.....

    ok after knowing this, then its even a better possibilty its the torque converter.

    i just really hope its the tc.cause i dont wanna drop the tranny,put a tc and put the tranny back in and it not be the problem

    How many miles does that tc you reused have? If it feels like its slipping out and the end of the shift its most likely the tc
    2002 ECSB 2WD 5.3
    1995 Formula Firebird 383 LT1
    1984 Camaro 408 SBC

    Most sports require one ball, motocross requires two.
