    Speedometer wiring question

I have two wires coming from the lq4 pcm that both are labeled as vss, one is green/white and one is yellow/black. And from the c100 connector there are two twisted wires purple and green, labeled signal and return. Which ones do I connect to make this work? Does one from the c100 need to go back to the actual sensor?

I know the yellow/black wire from the new pcm is for abs, does anyone know if it has the same pulse rate as the 1995 white vss buffer wire going to the BPMV? Or what pulse rate it is? I think I could possibly change that in tuning. I'd like to get rid of all my old pcm stuff, and ABS is the only thing holding me back.

    Thanks

All you need is the pin outs for the lq4 puter, to tell you which one it is. I bought the GM Service Manuals for my truck, to tell me the rest of the wiring codes, etc. They are invaluable. Got them off E-Bay. '95, '96, '97 & '98 are all transition years for this wiring, so I don't want to guess at it for you. Each of these years wiring codes are slightly different.

    speed o

green and white is the one you need to tie into for a factory gauge but if your running aftermarket they usually tie in to one wire of the speed sensor at the tranny
