Silverado Gone Bad On The Dyno

My rear U-joint broke and my driveshaft snapped at about 5000 rpm on the dyno.

Welcome to the club i busted my driveshaft in half at 5500 in a race down in mexico, took out the gas tank, muffler, trans, and broke the shaft into 2 pieces... U r so lucky, stock drive shaft are not safe at those rpms.....if the are a one pice shaft they are just 2 long and not balanced good enough
