I have a 2003 Avalanche Z71 with 373 gears and I am thinking of going to 410. Is there any threads on swapping the gears for 4X4 applications?

im running a metric tire tire which equals a little less than a 34 and i just put 456 in it and i love it. runs at 2100rpms at around 70.
With 33's, I think it would be worth the hassle to swap in 4.10's or 4.30's. Plus, if your rear end is stock then you can upgrade the carrier with one that can actually take some abuse.
