Question 5.3 vs 6.0 intake manifold?

Is there a difference between the Vortec manifolds on 4.8, 5.3, 6.0, etc..? Or. Are all Vortec manifolds the same?

OK, thats what I was looking for. I just didn't know if the 6.0l flowed better than say the 5.3l.

mean05: You sayin there may be some potential increase in HP/TQ by swaaping to a 07+?

    Thanks for the quick replies

i got port and polished stock heads, and switched to the TBSS 90mm intake and shaved over a half second on my 1/4 mile times, on motor. maybe that'll help with your decision.

For clarification: The ET change was with both listed mods or just the intake?

there is a small gain...some have said in the 10rwhp gain, i did the swap on my stock 6.0 and if i were to do it again i'd just go with a car intake...looks some much cleaner

Did you use your stock fuel rail or have to use one that came with the intake?
If your 05-rail worked the 99-03 rail should fit too.
