    Muffler Shop

    Looking for a good muffler shop in Austin to daul my exhaust out from the LPP ORY back. Im using the Magnaflow Y 3" to dual 2.5"(10778) install at the ORY, then dualed with Magnaflows 4" round 18"(10426) mffler and dumped over the axle. Will try to copy what thunder550 is selling.
    I have found Muffin, B&B, and Jarrel's muffle. Any ideas??

    5.3, E-fans, LPP longtubes w/offroad Y, Dual Magnaflow, K&N Cold Air, 160 thermo, Voodoo 212/218 .531/.531 113 cam, Nelson Tune, 4:11, Built 4L65E, TrailBlazer converter. SOLD

    L&L muffler in Dripping Springs does great work. They built a custom ypipe for me for my pacesetters. Welds were great and the price was good too.

    They may be a ways away from you though depending where you are.

    Midas. Vista 4.8 on here has used them for most of his 13 different exhaust systems

    True, i never payed more than $30 to weld on a muffler and turn down with good welds.

    do not go to midas. they over charge you for a crappy job. i use them for my old truck and charged me 300 just to weld up a muffler with a turn down and i got a full 3'' to dual side on my new and a local muffler shop charged me 330. find a local shop dont do midas

    Taylor muffler! They have a big girl in overalls that can weld! That or Round Rock muffler, true dual header back 2.5" on my '73 Ford was ~$300

    make sure you know what kinda pipe they use. some places use a thinner gauge then others.
