Just trying to get a ballpark for time to install a torque converter...it'll be in a shop my buddy's dad owns, on a lift and he's got tranny jacks and all the good stuff? I'm hoping we could do it in a staurday. It's a 4wd tranny, but the front driveshaft is out already, so that'll save time. Thanks in advance.

it took me a little longer cause i was taking my time and by myself. i have a company car so i wasn't rushing, plus i was also putting in a new tranny and was on the floor not with a lift.

Hahahah yes, it's not me at all it's the lift and too many dollars spent on tools. That I can assure.
Did mine in the ta in under 2hrs bymyself with the car on ramps and jackstandsthat was from putting it on the ramps to taking a test drive...but now we are talking apples to oranges here and ive had that thing apart more times than i can count. I would like to know though about how long this would take especialy on ramps/jackstands and a couple standard jacks.
