I just saw a chevy that I actually liked with the HD style hood and was wondering if there was one made for the GMC's? As far as I could tell from my dads 2500 HD there was no difference in the hoods between his and mine, other than mine being a 99 and his being an 06. Would I have to get a chevy one and have it custom made so to speak?

there is a major difference in hd hoods in the 99 and 06. But you can get a 99-02 hd hood to fit on a 99-06 gmc just have to cut it and do some body work. Looks sick when done let me find you a link.
